Operations Associate

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a client in the insurance industry in Durham, NC. The Operations Associate role requires working in a hybrid environment, with a combination of onsite and remote work. The Operations Associate role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and experience handling high volumes of inbound client interactions.

Responsibilities of the Operations Associate include:
• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from policyholders, clients, and internal partners while providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries, account updates, policy information, and administrative requests.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records within internal systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support operational processes and perform additional administrative tasks to maintain service levels and business objectives.

Requirements of the Operations Associate include:
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, operations, or administrative support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle a high volume of phone interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation for the Operations Associate include:
• $23/hour
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
