Help learners build independence in their everyday school environment while developing the staff who support them. Compensation, schedule, and benefits Salary:

$92,000–$105,000 per year, plus up to $12,000 annual bonus Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday Setting:

In-person, school-based services; based out of our Hermosa Beach clinic Billable expectation:

28 hours per week

Responsibilities

You’ll lead the clinical care of an assigned caseload, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.

Build individualized treatment plans.

Conduct functional behavior assessments, functional analyses when appropriate, and skills assessments such as the VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R. Develop function-based behavior intervention plans and meaningful learner goals. Turn data into progress.

Review outcomes, adjust interventions, make real-time clinical decisions, and fade supports as learners develop greater independence. Coach and develop your team.

Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs in accordance with BACB requirements, including in-session modeling and actionable feedback on treatment fidelity, prompting, reinforcement, and data collection. Support complex needs.

Provide direct clinical oversight for high-acuity cases and crisis situations. Partner with caregivers.

Provide training and regular updates that help families understand progress and support skill development. Keep care coordinated and accountable.

Support appropriate use of authorized hours, meet medical necessity and payer requirements, and maintain accurate, audit-ready clinical records. Required Skills

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the BACB State licensure, if applicable A minimum of 2–3 years of ABA experience Strong experience supporting high-acuity behaviors and complex cases Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, and develop staff A commitment to ethical, compassionate, data-driven care Make your next move meaningful.
