About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the business. The successful candidate will be a key leader, working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes business model management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The VP, Finance will also be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support executive decision-making. The role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for a leader who is passionate about building and managing the financial foundation of a rapidly growing business. Applicants for the VP, Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a relevant role, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a healthcare start-up or high-growth company. Experience in the healthcare provider or health system services field is a plus. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial management, including driving key finance and accounting processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting market-leading performance through financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management, and will be adept at leading and developing high-performing finance and accounting teams. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is required, and the candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
