About the role:

As our receptionist, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily office operations while providing exceptional customer service in a professional and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being an integral part of a team. As you build your knowledge and experience, there is potential to take on greater responsibilities and grow within the agency.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist clients, vendors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative projects and office support tasks.
• Assist with entering direct bill commissions as directed.
• Route incoming faxes through the agency management system to appropriate team members.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby in a neat and organized manner.
• Provide back up support to administrative team members as needed.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
• Help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in an office or administrative support role desired.
