• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, Transplant, GYN preferred; Sterilization, Decontamination, assembly/wrap SPT experience, and Scope Reprocessing required 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or IAHCSMM/HSPA required; BLS not required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 3p-11:30p; rotating weekends required; call required at least once every two months - Saturday 7:00am through Monday 7:00am 8.
