Position Location This position is located on site in Moffett Field, California. Job Overview Oversees the Quality Assurance program supporting a large, complex facility environment that includes technical laboratories, clean rooms, computing centers, utility systems, missionsupport complexes, and diverse administrative and research spaces. Ensures maintenance, operations, and repair activities across the site consistently meet strict technical, safety, and performance standards. Provides guidance on quality policies, continuous improvement, and compliance for a multidisciplinary workforce operating in highrisk, missioncritical areas. Pay Range: $139,000 - $149,697/ year Responsibilities Essential Job Duties: Implement and manage QA/QC plans and performance metrics. Conduct facility and process audits; lead corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Train staff on quality policies and maintain documentation. Job Requirements Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within facilities, engineering, industrial, or similarly complex technical environments. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and audit methodologies. Experience managing quality programs for multidisciplinary teams (maintenance, engineering, operations). Ability to interpret technical documentation, schematics, and standard operating procedures. Demonstrated experience with rootcause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
