The QA/QC Manager will work closely with the project team to resolve quality issues to the satisfaction of the client.Position Location:Greater Sacramento/Central ValleyLooking for experience in following:OSHPD-1/HCAIKey Responsibilities:Assist in the development of the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP) with support from the project management teamEstablish and document quality control proceduresInitiate pre-installation meetings with subcontractors and project team membersFacilitate communication with subcontractorsOversee subcontractors and work with site superintendent to verify that material deliveries comply with contract documents and approved submittalsConduct and document daily project inspectionsMonitor subcontractor compliance with the site-specific quality management plan (SSQMP)Manage material ID inspectionsQuality control all subcontractor inspections prior to schedulingManage plan/constructability review to reduce quality and inspectionCollaborate with project team to align specifications and submittalsOwn all aspects of quality control and documentation to ensure customer specifications are met to a code compliant buildEducation and Experience Required:Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 5-7 years on healthcare commercial projectsRelevant quality control certifications such as CQM, ICC, and/or OSHPD Class A or B.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Procore, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.Ability to travel as needed.Full Time / Salary Range: $125k-$200k depending on experienceBenefits:100% Health insurance for Employee401(k) with company matchDental / Vision insurancePaid time offSick DaysWellness DaysPaid HolidaysAnnual Bonus based on company successCompany sponsored events in the communityRecruiting BonusesCompany Credit CardPhone AllowanceAnnual Christmas Party with HotelUse of SBJ Kings Suite - Light the Beam!Notice to Staffing & Recruiting AgenciesS+B James Construction does not accept unsolicited candidate submissions.
