Discount Medical Equipment and Supply, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, multi-unit retail leader to step into the role of Senior General Manager . In this position, you will take full ownership of driving retail sales, profitability, and operational excellence across two store locations . As a dual-store leader, you will divide your time between both storefronts, leading a dedicated team, optimizing medical inventory, and championing an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Drive Business Performance: Take accountability for total sales growth, conversion rates, and financial controls across two distinct facilities.

• Lead and Mentor Teams: Handle staffing, conflict resolution, weekly scheduling, and talent progression to build a strong sales culture.

• Manage Operations: Oversee rigorous inventory management, receiving, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance procedures.

• Ensure Store Presentation: Keep both locations clean, organized, and properly formatted to meet strict corporate visual standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in retail, medical supply, or customer-facing sales.

• Leadership: At least 3 years in a supervisory or multi-unit management capacity, with a track record handling high-volume locations.

• State Licensing: Eligibility to secure a California Exemptee License; all training, application fees, and licensing costs are fully covered by the company.

Schedule & Employment Details

• Status: Full-time, Exempt, Salaried

• Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week, with weekend and evening flexibility required to support both storefronts.
