Aspen Outdoor Designs is seeking experienced and motivated landscapers who take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship. As a well‑established local business with more than 28 years of success in central Indiana, we offer a stable, supportive, and team‑oriented environment where you can build a long‑term career. Accomplished crew members can earn over $50,000 annually, and qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Key Responsibilities
Perform landscape work on residential properties, including:
- Planting, grading, sodding, mulching, and bed preparation
- Landscape lighting installation
- Installation of natural stone elements such as flagstone steppers, boulders, and patios
- Manage a crew of 2-3
- No mowing : this is a construction‑focused landscaping role
