Certified Personal Trainer
Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club
Personal Trainers guide clients interested in weight loss, muscle building and increasing their fitness levels on the appropriate modes of action. They work with clients to create individualized plans for achieving fitness goals and provide supplemental nutritional information. As a Personal Trainer you will: Demonstrate exercises and routines to clients Assist clients in exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness Modify exercises according to clients’ fitness levels Monitor their progress Provide information or resources on general fitness and health issues Provide emergency first aid if necessary Essential Duties in Customer Service, Membership Building and Positive Workplace: Perform professional quality care to our members and guests Follow HFAC policies and procedures Design specific sessions based on the guest’s individual needs Communicate various HFAC promotions to guests Create excellent guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club
