Paid Media Specialist

Detail-oriented and experienced, the remote Paid Media Specialist will execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across various digital advertising platforms to support marketing initiatives and business objectives for assigned insurance products. Key responsibilities Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and other digital advertising platforms Manage paid media initiatives for assigned insurance products, developing expertise in product offerings and campaign objectives Analyze campaign performance data and provide timely reports with recommendations to improve results and achieve campaign goals Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of paid media experience Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar advertising platforms Experience using Google Analytics and advertising platform reporting tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
