As a Security Officer Alarm Access in Greenville SC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will monitor assigned areas conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas warehouses parking areas and the exterior perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity facility concerns and/or operational irregularities.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials observing deliveries and/or visitor traffic and following site access protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues following post orders and communicating clearly with personnel during routine activities and/or unexpected situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
