Following evidence-based guidelines and clinical best practices, our solution is scalable for health plans, providers, health systems, and life sciences.The Endocrinology Telemedicine Physician will work directly with patients together with a team of Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCES) and obesity-certified clinicians. The physician will be responsible for overseeing patient care by providing direct video/audio consultations and supervising the care provided by the non-physician clinical team. This is a remote, part-time, and independent contractor position.Primary Responsibilities:Provide video/audio visits with patients requiring expert intervention in the management of their diabetes and/or their weight management. The patient's non-physician clinician may also attend these visits to better carry out the physician's care planSupervise patient care delivered by non-physician clinicians through case review meetings.
