What You’ll Do Lead a team of three Pediatric Hospitalists, overseeing pediatric inpatient care Supervise newborn nursery and collaborate with Neonatologists providing NICU support Perform circumcisions and provide pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department Coordinate care plans and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards What You Need Required: Board Certified in Pediatrics (must be BC in Pediatrics) Ohio Medical License (or eligible) 5+ years of pediatric hospital medicine experience Leadership or supervisory experience Preferred: Experience with neonatal/neonatal intensive care units (NICU) Strong communication and team-building skills Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety About the Assignment This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead pediatric inpatient services at a reputable facility in Athens, Ohio.
