VP, Debt & Capital Markets Strategic Financing Leader

LivCor LLC, based in Chicago, is seeking a Vice President, Debt & Capital Markets to oversee financing strategies and partnerships. This key role requires 12-15 years of experience in capital markets and proven leadership in managing complex financing situations.
The successful candidate will collaborate with executive leadership to drive LivCor's capital strategy and relationships with institutional lenders, enhancing our portfolio of multifamily properties nationwide. A generous compensation package and hybrid work model are available.
