RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, that is guided by each guest’s preference and cues. Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforcing the customers’ orders. Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards. Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction. Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
