Customer Service Associate – Dollar Tree – Fullerton, CA – 221 Orangefair Mall, Fullerton, CA 92832-3038 Job Opening: Part time Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well‑stocked, and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates and leaders Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Other duties as assigned Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environment highly preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required Strong organizational and communication skills required Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required Perks & Benefits We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth and mental well‑being.
