Alert Rescue LLC is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruiting strategy and build a high-performing team to support our hiring goals.

Position Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for shaping and executing a scalable recruiting strategy that attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, improve hiring processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will lead and mentor recruiting professionals, oversee full-cycle talent acquisition activities, and continuously assess hiring effectiveness through data-driven insights. Your ability to build strong relationships, manage priorities, and drive process improvements will be essential to delivering timely, high-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with current and future business needs.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer processes.

• Manage and develop recruiting team performance, coaching staff to improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and selection criteria.

• Use recruiting metrics and reporting to identify trends, improve funnel performance, and strengthen execution.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations, with a track record of delivering results.

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate assessment methods.

• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Experience using data and analytics to measure recruiting outcomes and drive process improvements.

• Excellent communication skills with a consistent focus on professionalism and candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multiple functional areas or high-volume hiring environments.

• Familiarity with standardized interview processes and structured selection practices.

• Experience building and scaling recruiting workflows and talent pipelines.

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced, changing environments.

• Bachelor's Degree

Compensation

Annual salary: $140,000 - $185,000
