Responsibilities as a CNA, you may assist clients with:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Safe transfers and ambulation assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and engaging conversation
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Monitoring changes in client condition and reporting concerns
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Maintaining accurate care documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee CNA certification or experience
• Current CPR certification if available
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift and assist clients safely
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with dementia care is a plus but not required

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
