Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite) Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE Join a growing manufacturing company where accounting is a vital part of daily operations. As the business continues to expand, they're looking for a Staff Accountant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute beyond the general ledger. This is more than a traditional accounting role. You'll partner with operations and leadership to help drive accurate financial reporting, improve processes, and support the continued growth of the organization. The Opportunity As a Staff Accountant, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while supporting month-end close, reporting, and day-to-day accounting functions. This role offers excellent exposure across multiple areas of accounting and the opportunity to grow professionally.
