Ongoing training through classroom and online formats Employee recognition programs Employee committees that promote culture, fun and wellness Monthly company-wide activities for our employees, like Baseball Day, Chocolate Chip Day, Summer Luau, Say Something Nice Day, Biggest Loser, and a Step Challenge Position Overview: Make contact with members whose accounts are delinquent Actively review account history to determine when and why account became delinquent Offer reasonable solutions to resolve delinquencies Process payments utilizing Electronic cash Management (ECM) for credit Cards and ACH for checking/savings account withdrawals Receive and process documentation for possible Collection extensions Notate all member contacts utilizing collections system (Temenos) Any ad hoc responsibilities that help support the team in reaching departmental goals Qualifications: Previous loan collections experience (2+ years preferred) Comprehensive knowledge of personal computer, Excel and Word Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to multi-task while maintaining consistent, accurate and detailed documentation Bankruptcy process experience Mortgage Loan collections experience High School diploma or equivalent Be enthusiastic about what you do and take pride in your work Have a great attitude All qualified candidates must pass a credit and background check Pay: DOE Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM Company Overview: Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union provides a complete array of financial services for all employees and families of Southwest Airlines and over 200 more companies across the United States.
