Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana. The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites. Responsibilities of the Security Manager include but are no limited to:- Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
- Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
- Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
- Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
- Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
- Conduct annual reviews for on site staff.
- Monitors the quality of staff performance including coordinating and conducting exit interviews, assisting with unemployment claims review of disciplinary actions, recommendations for suspension or termination as well as ensuring a regular performance appraisal program for all staff.
- Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel.
- Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account/Operations Managers and HR department, as necessary.
- Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including, union grievances and appeals.
- Supports Director of Operations and HR in hiring, training and on-boarding.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends.
- Responsible for tracking company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. and ensuring company equipment is utilized in accordance with applicable policies.
- Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative our services.
- Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that company and its clients.
- Prepare correspondence and memos as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card. Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, and FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO Certification. Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather. Salary & Benefits: Base salary $85K based on experience plus discretionary year-end bonus, paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
