Workplace Experience Lead Associate

The Workplace Experience Lead Associate supports daily office operations, serves as the primary client contact, and ensures a high-quality workplace experience. This role oversees mail and package services, facilities support, team coordination, and customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
- Serve as the main client contact for service needs, issues, and escalations.
- Support and provide coverage for the Workplace Experience Manager.
- Guide team performance, communicate goals, and resolve conflicts.
- Learn and provide coverage for all mail operations.
- Receive, process, and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Create shipping labels and assist users with shipment needs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces, pantries, and common areas.
- Perform daily facilities walkthroughs and manage building work orders.
- Support conference room setups, including chairs and AV equipment.
- Assist with employee moves and furniture relocation.
- Maintain office supply inventory and copier/kiosk areas.
- Coordinate with building staff and vendors for service requests.
- Ensure bathrooms are stocked and maintained throughout the day.
- Provide general facilities support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an office, facilities, or workplace services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with strong initiative.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
