Stamford Health Medical Group, in partnership with Stamford Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving and collegial practice of five physicians in the heart of downtown Stamford. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity with a 4.5-day work week, offering an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Planetree certified health system, we are committed to personalizing, humanizing, and demystifying the healthcare experience for patients and their families. Stamford Health is one of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians & Surgeons largest teaching affiliates.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient only – Monday through Friday, 4.5-day work week
- No nights or weekends
- Shared call schedule: 1:11 weekday phone-only call (0–5 calls/night); weekend call only 5 times per year

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary: $267,580+ (depending on experience) plus wRVU incentives

Qualifications
- Graduation from and ACGME accredited medical school
- Residency training in a U.S. internal medicine training program
- Active CT Medical License or the ability to secure one
