Position Summary: The Verification Services Representative plays a key role in supporting employment and income verification operations while delivering exceptional service to clients and authorized parties. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and verification processing responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional office environment. Key Responsibilities Process employment and income verification requests accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines. Communicate professionally with employers, employees, verifiers, government agencies, lenders, and other authorized parties via phone and email. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented support. Review, maintain, and document confidential records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Utilize business applications, databases, and office software to research, document, and process verification requests. Maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer service. Assist with administrative, operational, and departmental projects, including process improvement initiatives. Adapt to changing business needs, evolving processes, and new technologies while demonstrating flexibility to take on new responsibilities. Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive, professional work environment. Adhere to information security, privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements at all times. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset. Reliable transportation for daily attendance. Preferred Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or office experience. Experience working with confidential or sensitive information.
