ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency has proudly served the community since 2009 and is home to a talented team of five experienced professionals who share a passion for helping others. I've been a business owner my entire life, which has given me a deep appreciation for hard work, structure, and teamwork - qualities that define the way our office operates today.

Outside of work, I live on the beach and a horse farm, where my love for horses keeps me busy. Family is everything to me - I'm one of nine children and a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rob Cutting - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
