Our agency has proudly served the community since 2009 and is home to a talented team of five experienced professionals who share a passion for helping others. I’ve been a business owner my entire life, which has given me a deep appreciation for hard work, structure, and teamwork — qualities that define the way our office operates today.

Outside of work, I live on the beach and a horse farm, where my love for horses keeps me busy. Family is everything to me — I’m one of nine children and a proud grandparent to eight grandchildren. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rob Cutting - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
