Maintenance TechnicianPerforms major repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. This position will be split time between two hotels - The ClubHouse Hotel & Suites and the Four Points by Sheraton Fargo Medical Center.BenefitsMedical and Dental InsurancePTOCompetitive Pay401(k) Retirement Savings PlanLife InsuranceDisability InsuranceHotel Room DiscountsOngoing Training and Career DevelopmentResponsibilitiesClean and maintain the pool area and exercise roomKeep grounds clear of visible trash and cleans the parking lot, sidewalks, breezeways, stairs, and entrance thoroughly, including weed removalReport any problems that would interfere with guest satisfactionKeep the storage area clean every day and lock all storage areas before clocking outWork with the preventative maintenance program on all guestrooms and public spacesVerify that all exterior lights are working properlyReport and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotelEnsure proper function of guestroom equipment and ensure major repairs when neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED requiredValid driver's license with a clean recordHospitality experience preferredPainting experience preferredCompletion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience preferredAn AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferredMust be highly motivated and able to work independentlyAbout UsAt Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
