A brand-new concept from PILF Restaurant Group is coming to The Star in Frisco!

The Imperial Room is an intimate craft cocktail lounge bringing together expertly crafted drinks, great food, elevated hospitality, and an atmosphere built for a great night out.

We're building our team from the ground up and looking for talented, energetic people who want to help us bring The Imperial Room to life. Whether your talent is behind the bar, on the floor, in the kitchen, or leading the team, we want to meet you.

Cooks

Behind every great cocktail should be some seriously good food. We're looking for cooks who can bring consistency, quality, and energy to our kitchen.

What we're looking for:

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to execute recipes consistently and maintain high food quality
• Strong organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, positive, and ready to jump in wherever needed
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Cocktail Servers

Our cocktail servers are a huge part of the Imperial Room experience. We're looking for people with personality, polish, confidence, and a genuine love for hospitality.

What we're looking for:

• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, bar, or cocktail lounge
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to learn our craft cocktail, spirits, wine, beer, and food menus
• Confidence making recommendations and guiding the guest experience
• Ability to multitask while keeping service polished and personal
• A fun, outgoing personality with a guest-first mentality

Craft Cocktail Bartenders

Know the difference between shaken and stirred? Can you make the classics without Googling them? Even better.

Our bartenders will be at the heart of The Imperial Room, combining serious cocktail knowledge with personality, speed, precision, and exceptional hospitality.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of craft cocktail bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, ingredients, and proper cocktail techniques
• Ability to execute cocktails consistently, efficiently, and beautifully
• Confidence engaging with guests and making recommendations
• Strong bar organization, cleanliness, and preparation skills
• Passion for the craft and a desire to continue learning
• Personality behind the bar is a must

⭐ Bar Manager

We're looking for a strong hospitality leader who knows that running a great bar requires more than making great drinks.

Our Bar Manager will help lead the Imperial Room team, uphold our cocktail and hospitality standards, develop our people, and ensure every shift delivers the experience we're building this concept around.

What we're looking for:

• Previous bar management or restaurant leadership experience
• Strong craft cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge
• Experience coaching, training, and developing bartenders and service teams
• Ability to lead high-volume service while maintaining elevated standards
• Strong understanding of inventory, liquor costs, labor, scheduling, and bar operations
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into service when needed
• High standards for hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and accountability
• A leader who can build culture while still making work fun
