Medicare Licensed Benefit Advisor

Medicare Licensed Benefit Advisor, a full-time position, provides consultative guidance to clients regarding Medicare Supplement and Ancillary Health Insurance options through inbound calls and proactive follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound sales calls and conduct proactive outbound follow-ups for clients and referrals Meet or exceed sales performance goals while maintaining compliance with industry regulations Participate in training and stay updated on products and processes in a multi-product environment Required Qualifications 2 years of sales or contact center experience with Medicare Supplement products Proficiency in the underwriting process and qualifying beneficiaries Understanding of State and Federal Guaranteed Issue rights Ability to obtain or currently possess an active health insurance license Availability to work between 6 am and 6 pm PST, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
