Licensed Benefits Advisor

Working remotely, the seasonal Licensed Benefits Advisor will assist Medicare and Pre-Medicare eligible retirees in selecting appropriate health plans, providing exceptional customer service and conducting needs analyses. Key responsibilities Advise and enroll retirees in various insurance products, including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans Guide Pre-Medicare recipients on their options and provide Medicare education Conduct needs analyses to help retirees select plans that meet their individual needs Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the US Ability to pass a background check
