br p strongOffice Assistant responsibilities emmay/em include the following:/strong br ul liOrganizing office and assisting associate to optimize efficiency./li liSorting and distributing communications in a timely manner./li liCreating and updating records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information./li liScheduling and planning meetings and appointments./li liMonitoring supply levels and handling shortages./li liResolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues./li liCoordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies./li liMaintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues. liPerforming receptionist duties when needed./ul br strong /strongstrongYou will need to have the following:/strong br ul liProven experience as a back office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another relevant role./li liKnowledge of "b
