Division Human Resource Coordinator

D.R. Horton is hiring a Division Human Resource Coordinator to support the divisions' people operations onsite in Spokane Valley, WA . This full-time role partners closely with managers and corporate HR to keep hiring, onboarding, and employee support running smoothly. In addition to an annual salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience (plus bonus potential), you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package. What you'll do Ensure HR practices align with applicable regulations Collaborate with managers on recruiting activities, including posting open positions, reviewing applications, and supporting recruiting processes Manage new hire processing and coordinate new employee setup with Corporate IT Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities for employees both in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams Support division payroll by reviewing, correcting, and obtaining approval of employee timesheets Process workforce changes such as salary increases, bonuses, commissions, transfers, promotions, and terminations Administer the worker's compensation process for the division Serve as a point of contact for employee relations concerns and elevate issues to corporate HR leadership as needed Help managers stay informed on company policies related to certain management responsibilities Support staff training and assist with division training needs Plan and coordinate employee engagement events and initiatives Answer employee questions related to benefits and HR policies Maintain the division organizational chart Perform all duties in a professional and ethical manner that supports customers and helps build company goodwill and profit Be able to work overtime and travel overnight when required What you bring 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training Ability to handle confidential information Proficiency with MS Office and email Previous experience with ATS and HRIS platforms required; Taleo and/or PeopleSoft preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Tools you'll use Microsoft Teams , MS Office , email, ATS , HRIS platforms, Taleo , PeopleSoft Compensation and benefits Annual salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience, plus bonus potential Medical, Dental and Vision
