Senior Attorney - Insurance Coverage

The Miami office of Clyde & Co seeks an Attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience for our insurance coverage practice group. This practice represents US and foreign insurance companies in complex litigation involving coverage and market conduct matters. Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions. Provide coverage recommendations to clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review documents in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Qualifications Admitted to practice in Florida. 5-7 years of litigation experience. Strong academic credentials (e.g., Law Review and/or Honors). Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
