Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy, tact, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest preferences and special requests are met.
- Process reservations, confirmations, and cancellations accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, services, and happenings within the hotel.
- Utilize computer systems to enter and retrieve necessary guest information.
- Offer suggestions and additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality training or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with hotel reservation software is beneficial.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
