This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective residents and employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Schedule: Full-time day shift opportunityPerks of Working at Bellingham at West Chester:401k plan with employer matchDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffDaily PayEmployee Assistance ProgramHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing professional telephone coverage.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager and other departments with projects/assignments.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite productsAdaptability to other software systems for data entryMust demonstrate excellent telephone communication skillsWillingness to provide ideas and outcomes for a smooth running Concierge DeskHigh level customer service skillsIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO Employer
