Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years MS RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
• BLS certification (required; ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical documentation skills
• Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and patient teaching abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to adult patients on the med/surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and responses to treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to devise and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and conduct treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
• Provide patient and family education on procedures, recovery, and health management
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and infection control standards
• Accurately document patient care activities and communicate changes promptly
