Registered Nurse OpportunityDaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.Applicants may be eligible for a sign on bonus!Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis settingMonitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changesCollaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care TechniciansEducate patients and families on kidney health and treatment optionsFloat to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule requiredWhat to Expect:Fast-paced, hands-on environmentLong-term patient relationshipsBroad nursing skill application with medically complex patientsPaid training providedSchedule:Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysTraining may occur at a clinic other than your home locationQualifications:RN license in the state of practiceADN required; BSN preferredBasic computer proficiencyReliable transportation for potential floatingPreferred (Not Required):Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med SurgCNN/CDN certificationBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchPaid time off and PTO cash-outFamily support: EAP, Headspace, parental leave, backup child/elder careCareer growth and tuition supportJoin DaVita and help patients live better, healthier lives.
