Title: Emergency Department Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Salina, Kansas (On-site – Relocation Required)

Salary: $112,500 – $153,000 per year (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotating afternoons (12:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Emergency Medicine to join a growing pharmacy team.

This role supports a 26-bed Emergency Department and Level III Trauma Center , serving over 36,000 emergency visits annually . The pharmacist plays a key role in emergency response, medication management, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct pharmaceutical care including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and patient education
• Participate in emergency response situations (Code Blue, trauma, stroke alerts, etc.)
• Develop and implement Emergency Department medication protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Precept pharmacy students and residents
• Support patient safety initiatives and quality improvement
• Participate in hospital committees and clinical programs

Requirement:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program

Preferred

• Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience
• Emergency Department pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy residency training

Licensure

• Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain licensure
