Assembly Operator – Job Overview

Join a clean, organized, and fast‑paced production team assembling and packaging quick‑release couplings. You’ll operate assembly equipment, verify product quality, and follow clear work instructions to keep production running smoothly on 2nd shift.

• Assemble quick‑release couplings using standard work instructions.
• Operate assembly equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Package finished products with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Inspect and test parts to ensure proper function and quality.
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies immediately.
• Perform bench‑level assembly tasks using hand tools and basic machines.
• Support a clean, organized, and safety‑focused production environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort in a fast‑paced production environment
• Basic experience with assembly tools and packaging equipment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Grantsburg,WI.
