Location: Grantsburg, WI (Fully Onsite)

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hr

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday — $20/hr

Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Sunday — $21/hr

What You’ll Do

Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency

Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery

Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards

Package completed assemblies for shipment

Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures

Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles

Participate in A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities

Achieve 90%+ daily attainment

Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
