- Monitor billing activity and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to support development and consistency
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing processes run smoothly and efficiently
- 5+ years of e-Billing experience within a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of e-Billing platforms and legal billing guidelines (OCGs, LEDES formats)
- Experience mentoring, training, or leading team member
