The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the store's front-end. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance. Primary responsibilities include managing payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking, demonstrating exceptional associate and customer service, ensuring store standards and company programs meet expectations, maintaining the front-end and exterior of the building, ensuring associates are provided daily tasks and are productive, performing team leader functions to open and close the store, assisting with hiring and onboarding, and completing additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
