PositionSummary:Valley Fine Foods is seeking a safety-focused Sanitation Technician to support food manufacturing operations at our Yuba City facility. This position is critical to preventing food safety hazards by ensuring effective sanitation of food-contact equipment, utensils, and production environments in compliance with SQF Code, FSMA Preventive Controls, USDA, Organic, and FDA requirements. This is an overnight position with working hours of 10:00PM-6:30 Am Essential Duties and Responsibilities Food-Contact Equipment Sanitation Clean and sanitize food-contact equipment per SSOPs. Disassemble and reassemble equipment properly. Apply chemicals at approved concentrations and contact times. Prevent cross-contamination and allergen cross-contact. Execute allergen sanitation controls. Verify allergen residue removal. Lockout/Tagout & Safety Verify equipmentremainslocked out. Chemical Safety Handle chemicals per SDS. Documentation Complete sanitation, chemical, and LOTO records. Qualifications: Food Manufacturing Sanitation experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
