As a trusted advisor, the full-time Remote Entry-Level Health Insurance Advisor will educate and empower clients by providing expert guidance on health coverage options, assisting with plan selection and enrollment, while working in a mission-driven environment. Key responsibilities Consult with clients to assess and understand their health coverage needs Explain insurance plans in a clear, easy-to-understand manner Provide top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction Required qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or sales (preferred but not required) Ability to simplify complex information A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Passion for helping others find the best healthcare options
