???? 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor – Fast‑Paced, KPI‑Driven Operation

Join a national logistics organization as a Warehouse Supervisor overseeing nightly pallet building, wrapping, staging, and truck loading operations. This role is ideal for leaders with 2–5 years of experience , a safety‑first mindset , and the ability to drive performance in a union‑based, high‑volume warehouse . You’ll manage a team of 10–12 employees, lead daily operations, and ensure KPIs are consistently met.

????️ What You’ll Do

• Plan daily and weekly manpower to meet production needs while minimizing overtime
• Lead daily shift meetings to communicate safety updates, operational priorities, and gather employee feedback
• Assign work duties to ensure safety, service, productivity, and reliability goals are met
• Manage warehouse workflows across pallet building, wrapping, staging, and truck loading
• Train and coach employees on SOPs, safety protocols, and performance expectations
• Track productivity and reliability using statistical data and equipment metrics
• Supervise 10–12 direct reports including order pickers and builders
• Support additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

???? Essential Skills

• 2–5 years leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or production
• Union supervision experience strongly preferred
• Strong safety orientation with proven ability to enforce compliance
• KPI‑driven management and performance accountability
• Warehouse operations & inventory knowledge
• WMS and SAP/ERP proficiency
• Excellent communication & problem‑solving
• Ability to anticipate business needs and respond proactively

???? Work Environment

You’ll work in a hot, fast‑paced warehouse that also runs production operations. The environment requires quick movement, teamwork, and strict KPI adherence to ensure all pallets are built, wrapped, and loaded onto trucks by the end of each night. This role is hands‑on when needed, but primarily focused on leadership, coordination, and performance management.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $64771.00 - $80964.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
