Job Description:

Embark on an engaging travel assignment as a Respiratory Therapist with a focus on both respiratory care and neuro diagnostics, delivering compassionate, high-quality patient support in a compact community hospital setting. You will lead ventilator management and critical care duties while collaborating across emergency, ICU, and med/surg units in a critical-access facility that operates a swing bed program. Qualified candidates will hold NRP, ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications and can expect a 1:1 patient ratio with flexible shifts to meet patient needs. This opportunity offers a chance to expand your clinical expertise within a supportive MSP program and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes in a dynamic travel role.

Requirements:

• 3 years RRT experience
• NRP
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• Ventilator management (Draeger and Hamilton)
• RRT state license
• Critical Access facility
• Trauma Level 4
• ED ICU & Med/Surg Hospital with swing bed program
• On-call not required
• Weekend work approx every other weekend
• 1:1 patient ratio
• 3Y/1ST TIMERS - OR LIC RRT
• First-time traveler considered with required 3 years experience
• Will position float between units: No
