Pay Range: $61.25-$87.50 Per HR

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project intake and prioritize marketing requests efficiently.
• Coordinate with program managers to route work and manage tasks.
• Track tasks from initiation to final approval and resolve workflow issues.
• Communicate cross-functionally to prevent bottlenecks and maintain timelines.
• Support monthly billing by tracking expenses and ensuring accurate budget coding.
