Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: • Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed • Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced • Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Qualifications: • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
