Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianThis is a hands-on, multi-craft Maintenance Technician position supporting a highly automated dairy facility. You'll help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production, packaging, and utility systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.This is a great opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting and working with advanced automation, robotics, and processing equipment.What We're Looking For:3+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food/beverage preferredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with PLCs, VFDs, automation, and packaging equipmentKnowledge of pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization systemsAbility to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawingsExperience with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systemsAmmonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater experience is a plusStrong focus on preventive maintenance, food safety, and continuous improvementAbility to work independently on a 6 PM–6 AM shiftWhat's in It for You:Competitive hourly pay plus night/weekend shift premiumsFull benefits packageCareer advancement opportunitiesHighly automated, modern facilityStrong investment in equipment and technologyTeam-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and reliabilityInterested in learning more?
